Naples, 28 November - Foreign ministers of the 25 current and future EU states will gather in Naples on Friday and Saturday in an attempt to make a breakthrough in talks on the future constitutional charter. The talks on the future of the EU are to be attended by Slovenian Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel.
