Key EU Reform Issues Will Not Be Solved Before Brussels Summit, Says FM

Naples, 28 November - The two-day meeting of foreign ministers of the 25 current and future EU states might manage to shrink the number of open issues dealing with the EU's reform "from 50 to ten or five", but key issues will remain open, Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel said on the margins of the meeting on Friday.
