Ljubljana, 28 November - A Slovenian borrows an average of ten and buys three books a year, while the figures for Finland are 20 and 7, a survey presented as part of the 19th Slovenian Book Fair shows. Besides, without state subsidies, many books would never be published, Maja Breznik told the 3rd Publishers' Academy, a forum which discussed the publishing industry.
