NAPLES, Italy - The second day of a meeting of foreign ministers from EU member states and acceding countries, including Slovenia's Dimitrij Rupel, which is discussing the institutional reform of the EU. (STA)

KOPER - The Forum for the Left, an informal group of left-wing intellectuals, is to stage a debate on basic human rights in Slovenia, the welfare state and sustainable development. The events starts at 10:30 AM.

LJUBLJANA - The Slovenian Managers' Association is to celebrate its tenth anniversary. Keynote speaker at the event, which starts at 7 PM, will be president of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry Jozko Cuk.
