Supreme Court Rejects Interbrew's Complaint

Ljubljana, 1 December - Cementing just one of the legal proceedings that Belgium's Interbrew and Slovenia's Pivovarna Lasko have launched against each other in their bid to acquire brewer Pivovarna Union, the Supreme Court last week upheld an earlier rejection of Interbrew's complaint against a decision of the Securities Market Agency (ATVP). The appeal was originally rejected in March.
