Functional Literacy Among Older Slovenians Disastrous
Portorož, 1 December - It is encouraging that 50,000 adult Slovenians are attending permanent education programmes, which places Slovenia above the EU average. Yet functional literacy of people over the age of 40 is disastrous, Education Minister Slavko Gaber told a conference on permanent education on Monday.
