Maastricht, 1 December - Slovenia has already begun intensive preparations for its presidency of the Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) in 2005 as well as for becoming a member of the presiding troika at the beginning of 2004, Slovenian Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel said on the sidelines of OSCE's 11th ministerial meeting in Maastricht.
