New Tilt Train to Improve Connection between Slovenia and Italy

Venice, 1 December - A tilt technology train will be launched on the Ljubljana-Venice route on 14 December. The 160-seat Pendolino train by the seductive name of Casanova will run all week long, with a one-way journey taking four hours. The project is part of the fifth European corridor connecting Lisbon and Kiev, said Slovenian Railways chair Blaz Miklavcic at Monday's press conference in Venice.
