LJSE Supervisory Board Pleased with Constitutional Court Decision

Ljubljana, 2 December - The supervisory board of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange said after a session late on Monday it is pleased that the Constitutional Court withheld the implementation of the securities market act in the part that allows the Securities Market Agency (ATVP) to deprive members of the management board of their licenses if they have several times violated their duties.
