Moderate Optimism Voiced as Rop and Prodi Debate IGC

Brussels, 2 December - European Commission President Romano Prodi and Slovenian Prime Minister Anton Rop expressed moderate optimism about the feasibility of the timetable for the conclusion of the intergovernmental conference debating the reform of the EU.
