Slovenia Failing to Meet Kyoto Treaty Targets

Copenhagen, 2 December - Slovenia is the only one among ten Central and Southeast European countries that will fail to meet this year's targets for reducing greenhouse gas emissions in line with the Kyoto Protocol, the European Environment Agency (EEA) revealed on Tuesday.
