Writer Florjan Lipus Recipient of 2004 Preseren Award
Ljubljana, 3 December - The winner of the 2004 Preseren Award - Slovenia's highest award for an artist's oeuvre - is writer Florjan Lipus, the Preseren Fund announced on Wednesday. The award-winning ceremony, organised by the Ministry of Culture, will be held on 7 February next year, on the eve of Slovenia's Culture Day.
