Erased Are Not Entitled to Compensation, Says Former Judge

Ljubljana, 3 December - Constitutional law professor Tone Jerovsek, who was constitutional judge in 1998, was against the idea that the Constitutional Court should adopt the initiative on the erased, becasue in light of the argumentation provided at the time by the officials in charge, he saw no anti-constitutional activities, says Wednesday's issue of a Slovenian weekly.
