I Can't Congratulate Colleague Peterle, Says Juri

Ljubljana, 3 December - "I'd like to congratulate colleague Alojz Peterle on an important recognition he has received in Brussels" as the first Slovenian who has managed to enter the EU's corridors of power, but "I shan't do that", ZLSD MP Aurelio Juri wrote in a letter sent Wednesday to the European Voice laureate of the Achievement of the Year.
