Chinese and Slovenian Officials In Search of New Business Opportunities

Beijing, 4 December - Slovenia and China have been recording a steady increase in their trade, and are both interested in giving it further boost. With that aim in mind, two business conferences have been organized as part of Prime Minister Anton Rop's official visit to China. The first, held in Beijing on Thursday, was attended by 45 Slovenian business officials and some 130 representatives of Chinese companies, who showed considerable interest in cooperation. Jane Yu of the Beijing-based Corporation for Automotive Industry, said Slovenia is the first step towards penetrating the market in the region.
