Even the Cosa Nostra Is Afraid of the Albanian Mob, Says Anti-Corruption Expert

Ljubljana, 6 December - Albanian gangs are the most dangerous organised criminal groups in Europe today, chair of the Greco international anti-corruption organisation and member of the Council of Europe committee for penal and criminological aspects of organised crime, Drago Kos, told Saturday's issue of daily Dnevnik. Kos added that foreign criminal groups do not have much influence in Slovenia, although there have been some failed breakthrough attempts by criminal gangs from the former Soviet republics.
