Rupel Fairly Optimistic Ahead of Final Talks on EU Constitution

Brussels, 7 December - Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel is fairly optimistic ahead of the final stage of intergovernmental talks on the EU constitutional treaty ahead of the EU summit on Friday. "I believe that we will have a consensus on the Constitution at the end of next week," the minister told STA before leaving for final talks in Brussels on Monday.
