Rupel to Attend Final Talks on EU Constitution Before the Summit

Brussels, 8 December - Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel is fairly optimistic before the final stage of intergovernmental talks on the EU constitutional treaty ahead of the EU summit on Friday. "I believe that we will have a consensus on the Constitution at the end of the week," the minister told STA before leaving for final talks in Brussels on Monday.
