Foreign Trade Deficit at EUR 35m in October

Ljubljana, 8 December - Slovenia's exports amounted to EUR 1.08bn in October. The imports, on the other hand, totalled EUR 1.12bn, making a trade deficit of EUR 35m and a 96.9-percent import-export coverage, the Statistical Office said Monday. Compared to October 2002, exports expressed in euros rose by 3.7 percent and imports were up 6.7 percent.
