Investigating Magistrate Proposes Rejection of Probe against Rupel

Ljubljana, 8 December - The Ljubljana District Court investigating magistrate has proposed that an investigation against Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel into his alleged abuse of office in the establishment of a diplomatic academy should be rejected. The final decision is to be made by a panel of three judges, the Ljubljana District Court said on Monday.
