Significant Drop for SBI 20 Index

Ljubljana, 8 December - The trading week on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange started with downward trends for most major share prices, the main quotation prices dropping by an average of over one percent. The benchmark SBI 20 index lost 50.35 points (1.25 percent) from Friday, finishing Monday's trading at 3,984.19 points. Stockbrokers struck a total of SIT 1.6bn (EUR 6.77m) worth of deals, with six block deals for a total of SIT 583m (EUR 2.5m).
