Rupel Expects Agreement on EU Constitutional Treaty at the Weekend

Brussels, 8 December - "I see that things are slowly closing at the intergovernmental talks on the Constitution...but it will be the leaders who will have to deal with the solving of all key open issues," Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel said Monday in Brussels, where he is attending the last round of intergovernmental talks on the EU constitutional treaty ahead of the EU summit.
