Ljubljana, 8 December - If the current and future EU members fail to reach an agreement on the EU constitutional treaty at the upcoming Brussels summit, this will not be a catastrophe, EU Ambassador to Slovenia Erwan Fouere told the Young European Federalists (JEF) that gathered in Ljubljana on Monday.
