Ljubljana, 9 December - If victory is measured by how many lawmakers in the Russian Duma dare vote against President Vladimir Putin, then the president is probably the victor of parliamentary elections held on Sunday. There is only one party left in the Duma that would dare vote against the Kremlin, the Communists, daily Delo writes Tuesday.
