Zagreb, 9 December - If Slovenia goes ahead with its plan to change the maritime code to stipulate that Slovenia has territorial contact with the open seas and consequently a right to declare its own economic and epicontinental zone, this will be an unprecedented example of a country changing its legislation in an attempt to expand its territory, contrary to international law and at the expense of a neighbouring country, in this case Croatia, a Zagreb-based daily underscores in Tuesday's issue.
