Retailer Spar Claims Mercator Abuses Leading Market Position
Ljubljana, 9 December - The retail chain Spar has filed a request that the Competition Protection Office (CPO) launch a procedure against Slovenia's leading retailer Mercator, CPO director Andrej Plahutnik told STA Tuesday. Spar claims that Mercator is abusing its leading market position with favourable supply contracts.
