Mercator CEO Rejects Allegations of Abuse of Market Positions

Ljubljana, 9 December - Mercator is a tough negotiator, but also a fair and transparent contracting party that does not abuse its market position, Mercator CEO Zoran Jankovic wrote in Tuesday's statement for STA, responding to allegations that the retailer is abusing its leading position on the retail market with supply contracts that are far more favourable than contracts for other retailers.
