Foreign Ministry: Pentagon's Move Applies Only to Main Contractors

Ljubljana, 10 December - As the Pentagon explained, the recently released U.S. instructions which omit Slovenia from the countries eligible to compete for reconstruction contracts in Iraq only apply to companies which are main contractors and do not affect subcontractors, the Foreign Ministry said in a press release, responding to the recent decree by U.S. Defence Department.
