Importance of Human Rights Protection Will Grow After EU Entry

Ljubljana, 10 December - After Slovenia joins the EU, social development and spiritual culture that should be "connected with unrestricted creative lives of individuals and nations" will become even more important. It will therefore crucial to respect human rights, Ombudsman Matjaz Hanzek said in his address to a reception at the National Museum marking Human Rights Day.
