Press Comments on Pentagon's List of Iraq Contractors

Ljubljana, 11 December - The fact that Slovenia is among nations that have been omitted from the Pentagon list of countries eligible to compete for Iraq reconstruction contracts echoes in the press on Thursday. While Dnevnik maintains that the omission from the list is a just "reward" for Slovenia's unprincipled politics on Iraq, Delo labels the Pentagon's move a redefinition of U.S. relations with foreign countries.
