Foreign Ministry Requests Explanation of U.S. Decision on Iraq Contracts

Ljubljana, 11 December - The Foreign Ministry has requested that the United States government explain its decision on a directive issued by U.S. Deputy Defence Secretary Paul Wolfowitz last Friday which bars countries that failed to support the U.S.-led war in Iraq from vying for Iraq reconstruction contracts offered by the U.S..
