Ljubljana, 12 December - Now that Slovenia has been excluded from the countries that will be awarded Iraqi reconstruction contracts, it is time that the country finally distances itself from the U.S.-minded "new Europe" and establishes itself as an advocate of pro-European views, the daily Delo writes on Friday.
