Paper Wonders about Perspective of UMTS in Slovenia

Ljubljana, 12 December - It is undisputed that the UMTS system is not and never will be cheap. Aside from the hugely expensive licence Mobitel will have to pay for the equipment and the people who will be setting up the network, new mobile phones will have to be purchased, and an agressive campaign will have to convince all potential users about the necessity of the third generation mobile system, says a financial daily on Friday.
