Delaying Vatican Accord Isn't in Slovenia's Interest, Says Peterle

Ljubljana, 12 December - Some ideologically-biased parties maintaining that the Vatican cannot be a partner in dialogue have been delaying the finalisation of the agreement with the Holy See for nine years, an MP of the conservative New Slovenia (NSi) said in response to a recent decision of the parliamentary working body to put off the debate on ratification of the accord.
