Men on Average Earn EUR 85 More Than Women

Ljubljana, 12 December - Slovenia's average gross monthly salary amounted to SIT 235,364 (EUR 995.4) last year. There was though a difference of over SIT 20,000 (EUR 85) between the salaries of men and women, as men recieved gross pays of SIT 246,591 (EUR 1,042.9) and women that of SIT 222,801 (EUR 942.3), according to Slovenia's Statistics Office.
