Rupel: We Must Try to Get the Convention's Draft Across

Brussels, 13 December - Slovenia should make an effort to reach an agreement on a constitutional treaty that would carry the spirit of the draft of the Convention on the Future of the EU, said Slovenian FM Dimitrij Rupel following Saturday's failed EU summit on institutional reform.
