Potocnik on EU Constitution Talks: Need to Finish What has Been Started

Ljubljana, 14 December - The failure to reach a final agreement in negotiations on the EU constitutional treaty is by all means a regrettable outcome. Nevertheless, the great importance of this document makes it more important to reach consensus on account of additional time and negotiations, Slovenian Europe Affairs Minister Janez Potocnik said Sunday.
