Istrabenz Group to Enter Croatian Gas Market

Koper, 15 December - The Koper-based gas company Istrabenz Plini is to become the majority owner of the Croatian company Montkemija as of January 2004. The contract for the acquisition of a 96.67-percent stake, worth some EUR 3m, was signed on Monday with Montkemija's current major owner, Italy's SIAD Bergamo.
