Handball: Gorenje Makes it to Quarters of Cup Winners' Cup

Velenje, 15 December - Reigning Slovenian cup champions, Gorenje, have beaten Vive Kielce of Poland 24:21 (12:7) in the return leg of handball's Cup Winners' Cup competition on Monday in Velenje. The result means that the team from Velenje has qualified for the quarter-finals, as it beat the Polish team by 49:46 on aggregate.
