Surplus in Slovenia's Balance of Payments C/A

Ljubljana, 16 December - A surplus of EUR 131.3m in Slovenia's balance of payments current account was recorded in the first ten months of 2003 (EUR 71m in October). In the same period last year, the surplus was EUR 415.5m. If current trends persist, this year's sum will be slightly in the plus, said advisor to the central bank governor France Drenovec at Tuesday's press conference.
