Three Defendants in Petek Case Remain in Detention

Slovenj Gradec, 16 December - Three detentions in the case of attacked journalist Miro Petek have been prolonged by the Supreme Court on a motion of the Slovenj Gradec investigating magistrate Marija Pristovnik. Three suspects will stay in detention two months longer, until 16 February 2004. On the other hand, the detention of a fourth suspect has not been prolonged, said the Slovenj Gradec District Court.
