Two-Tiered EU not a Concern if We're in Fast Group, FM Says

Ljubljana, 17 December - "The idea about a Europe of two speeds should not worry us if we are capable of being in the group that is developing faster," Foreign Ministerr Dimitrij Rupel told a television interview late on Tuesday. His comments come in response to fears that the failure of intergovernmental talks on the issue of EU Council voting weights could result in a two-tiered Europe.
