Finance: "Fiscal Reform that Isn't"

Ljubljana, 17 December - The government has produced two tax bills: on income tax and on corporate income tax. Yet this is still no fiscal reform. It would have been if the fiscal system had been remodeled harmoniously and clearly. But the two bills are only part of the fiscal legislation, while a major portion remains unchanged, business daily Finance comments on Tuesday's adoption of the two bills.
