NGOs and Gov't Discussing Cooperation at Conference

Ljubljana, 17 December - A long-term partnership that can make an important contribution to increasing mutual cooperation is being established through dialogue between the government and non-governmental organisations, Prime Minister Anton Rop said Wednesday. Addressing a conference of NGOs and the government, Rop said that the government confirmed the important role played by the NGOs in ensuring democracy and plurality in society, by adopting a strategy in this field last month.
