Ljubljana, 17 December - The benchmark index on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange (LJSE) turned back upwards on Wednesday, after three consecutive days of strong decline. The SBI 20 closed the day at 3,853.83 points, 6.97 points more than yesterday.
