Operator of Leading Ski Resort Acquired by Rival Company

Kranjska Gora, 18 December - Sportni center Pohorje, the operator of a ski resort near Maribor, has reached an agreement with investment company Arkada and import-export company Tehnounion on the acquisition of 75.5 percent in the operator of the Kranjska Gora ski resort, Zicnice. The value of the deal was not revealed to the press on Wednesday.
