Five Companies Want Bigger Stake in Car Parts Maker

Koper, 18 December - A group of five companies has announced its intent to publish a public takeover bid for Cimos, a maker of parts for the automotive industry. The bank Banka Koper, logistics company Intereuropa, plastics and steel maker Kovinoplastika Loz, the Pension Fund Management (KAD) and financial company Triglav Financna druzba announced their intent to the Competition Protection Office and the Securities Market Agency.
