Russia to Pay Clearing Debt Over 7 Years

Moscow, 18 December - Russia will repay its clearing debt to Slovenia - set at US$ 129.2m in a memorandum signed late on Wednesday - mainly with goods, over a period of seven years, Slovenian Finance Minister Dusan Mramor told the press Thursday. The confidential memorandum lists priority goods, but also leaves room for other forms of repayment.
