Koper, 19 December - This is not a takeover but an agreement between the management and majority shareholders, who signed a shareholder agreement on joint activities at Cimos, CEO of automotive company Franc Krasovec said Friday, explaining the surprise takeover offer announced recently by five Cimos shareholders.
