Bilingual Office for Slovenian Minority Opened in Gorizia

Gorizia, 19 December - A bilingual office was opened Friday in Italy's bordering city of Gorizia to offer Slovenian-speaking citizens the possibility to take care of administrative matters in their mother tongue. The central-left Gorizia municipality is thus the first in the region of Friuli-Venezia Giulia to implement an important part of the 2000 act on the protection of the Slovenian minority in Italy.
